Amazon has the ability to ban any blocks coming to your phone. They have control over your phone , you gave them permission when yo downloaded their App. Kept in mind they can see and view all your information. They are a team of people who only wants to talk to you through email only , so questions and answers  are only automated responses.  Next they will be sending you an email stating a customer did not receive packages and termination of contract will be issue, And if you want to file and appeal. Amazon only using locals right now until the build up their third party contract with other companies  who are already establish.So far I find Amazon flex to be a temporary solation to a quick fix bill pay.
