I did one block yesterday and three today.  All went smoothly.  I had to make a delivery to Saks at Keystone Crossing.  The Ap nor dispatch takes into account Christmas traffic.  What was suppose to be a 35 min trip turned into 55 minutes.  I got back to the warehouse with 1 minute to spare. 

My last block was 5 deliveries and it took the entire two hours with the last delivery being completed with 5 minutes to spare.  I will tell you to plan ahead as on some blocks, you will not have time to stop and pee if you need too and no facilites at the warehouse.
