I am having a problem with the background check. The app showed I failed it. Accurate Background information shows nothing negative. I have never been accused or convicted of any crimes. Never lost drivers license no tickets in past 10 years.
I have not been able to get any clarification on why they claim I failed. Amazon tells me to contact Accurate and Accurate tells me to contact Amazon.
I have been able to get an Accurate representative to review my sheet and they do not see any negative information.
Anybody else had this problem?
Is there anyway to actually speak to someone at Amazon?
